Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in Levittown, PA is hiring a Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF) to oversee 1–3 residential facilities and supervise Direct Support staff. This on-site role focuses on implementing person-centered plans and coordinating care across shifts.

You will work with clinical teams, perform medication audits, provide feedback, monitor training, and assist with budget activities. A high school diploma and 1 year of related experience are required; CPR/First Aid certification is

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed.
Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs. and provide CPR after certification.
CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees.
Spends time in the residential facility monitoring and providing feedback to staff on all shifts.
Provides audits for medication administration.
Resolves employee issues and conducts performance reviews.
Ensures staff meet training requirements and attend required events.
Monitors select budget items and stays within guidelines.
Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.
