Job summary

RHA Health Services in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF) to supervise Direct Support staff and oversee operations of 1-3 facilities providing Non-ICF services. You will collaborate with clinical teams to implement person-centered plans and ensure high-quality care across shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and one year of experience with the supported population; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, and you must meet training and on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required; college courses in Human Services, Social Work or Management preferred.
• 1 year of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and automotive insurance.
• Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs. and provide CPR after certification.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans and standardize procedures.
• Monitor and provide feedback to staff across all shifts to maintain harmony with clients.
• Resolve employee issues and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure training requirements are met and required events attended.
• Monitor select budget items and stay within guidelines.
• Provide afterhours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.
