Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of relevant experience, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and provide CPR after certification.
• CPR/First Aid required; NCI/MedTech a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees.
• Monitors and coordinates operations for 1-3 facilities.
• Works with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans.
• Conducts performance reviews and training oversight.
• Provides after-hours/on-call coverage as part of rotation.
