Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF) to supervise Direct Support staff and coordinate operations for 1–3 facilities providing Non-ICF services. The role reports to the IDD Residential Team Leader or above and requires leadership of Direct Support Associates across multiple shifts.

The candidate will work closely with clinical staff, ensure compliance with training requirements, and manage staff performance while maintaining a positive environment for people

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs. and provide CPR after certification.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees.
• Manages operations of 1-3 facility/facilities providing Non-ICF services.
• Leads and directs Direct Support Associates and is responsible for operations of the locations assigned.
• Provide feedback to staff and maintain harmony between employees and clients.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

One year of experience with people with developmental disabilities
