Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF) to oversee Direct Support staff and manage operations for 1–3 facilities providing Non-ICF services. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

You will work closely with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans, monitor staff performance, and ensure training compliance across all shifts, while maintaining a positive, supportive environment for people supported.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required; college courses in Human Services, Social Work or Management preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs and CPR after certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees across 1–3 facilities providing Non-ICF services.
• Collaborates with clinical and professional healthcare staff to implement person-centered plans and standardize procedures.
• Monitors staff performance and conducts reviews; resolves employee issues.
• Ensures training requirements are met and shifts coverage is provided.
• Monitors select budget items and provides feedback; maintains harmonious relations with people supported.
