Job summary

00 RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Group Home Manager to supervise direct care staff and oversee 1–3 residential facilities providing non-ICF services. You will work with clinical teams to implement person-centered plans and ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of relevant experience, and flexibility for on-call coverage. CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred, with safety and quality for residents a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience with people who have developmental disabilities.
• Flexibility to provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and CPR after certification.
• CPR, first aid, and NCI and/or MedTech certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Direct Support employees and coordinates operations for 1–3 facilities.
• Maintains communication with clinical staff and supports person-centered plans.
• Audits medication administration and handles staff performance reviews.
• Ensures training compliance and monitors budgets within guidelines.
• Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of rotation.
