Job summary

RHA Health Services is hiring for a Group Home Manager in California. You will supervise Direct Support staff, coordinate operations for 1–3 facilities, and ensure compliant care under person-centered plans.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of disability services experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. CPR/First Aid certifications are expected; NCI/MedTech certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and CPR after certification.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of Direct Support employees.
• Coordinate operations for 1–3 facilities providing Non-ICF services.
• Provide audits for medication administration and review staff performance.
• Ensure staff meet training requirements and attend required events.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the rotation.
• Monitor budgets and maintain guidelines.
