Job summary

RHA Health Services is seeking a Group Home Supervisor to oversee Direct Support staff and coordinate residential care in coordination with clinical teams. The role focuses on maintaining program quality, ensuring safety, and delivering person-centered services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include staff supervision across three shifts, on-call coverage, and adherence to training and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs and perform CPR after certification.
• CPR, first aid, and/or MedTech/NCI certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees.
• Maintains communication with clinical staff and standardizes procedures.
• Provides feedback and audits for medication administration.
• Conducts performance reviews and ensures staff training compliance.
• Monitors budget items within guidelines and supports on-call coverage.
• Provides after-hours coverage as part of direct care rotation.
