Job summary

00 RHA Health Services, LLC in Pennsylvania seeks a Group Home Supervisor to oversee Direct Support staff across 1–3 facilities. You will coordinate daily operations, ensure person-centered plans are followed, and provide coaching on shift interactions with residents.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1 year of developmental disability experience. CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred; on-call coverage and lifting requirements apply. Benefits are provided for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and availability for on-call coverage.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and CPR certification after training.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees.
• Collaborates with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans.
• Monitors staff across all shifts and provides feedback.
• Provides audits for medication administration.
• Conducts performance reviews and ensures training compliance.
• Monitors select budget items and on-call coverage.
