Job summary

You will supervise personnel, enforce policies, develop programs, manage finances, and ensure quality consumer services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of management experience or equivalent, strong administrative skills, and the ability to obtain required certifications (CPR, First Aid, PMT, DDS Medication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of management experience or equivalent substituted for experience.
• Demonstrated administrative knowledge for supervising residential care facilities. Excellent leadership and role modelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel, policy/procedure development, program development, fiscal management and consumer services.
• Hires in collaboration with supervisor and HR; conducts interviews and payroll.
• Ensure staffing levels with supervisor/Behaviorist; oversee trainings and corrective actions.
