Job summary

We Do Life… Together is seeking a Residential Program Manager in Naugatuck, CT. You will oversee daily operations of one or more group homes, lead Direct Support Professionals, and ensure welfare and individual plans align with regulations.

Two years of management experience are preferred, with a 2-year degree. You will work closely with leadership to drive program quality, staff development, and client outcomes in a dynamic, community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' management experience, preferably in human services.
• Associate degree or working towards a bachelor's degree.
• DDS Medication Administration Certification (required within first 6 months).
• CPR Certification and PMT training.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of daily operations and management of one or more group homes.
• Schedule staff to maintain 24/7 coverage and supervision ratios.
• Plan and assign work to deliver on individuals' support needs.
• Ensure compliance with DDS, agency, and regulatory policies.
• Develop and implement procedures for program success.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Lead team meetings and provide necessary training.
