Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Porter/Gatekeeper to maintain the property's common areas, indoors and outdoors, and to support general maintenance tasks as needed.

This on-site, customer-focused role requires initiative, attention to detail, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and able to respond to after-hours and weekend emergencies. The position is at the assigned property in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• High school/GED or trade school diploma with 1 year of grounds maintenance experience.
• Able to read instructions and document labor and materials.
• Punctual and dependable with ability to work under deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to SOPs and standards.
• Perform physically demanding work to maintain assets and features.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas; sweep curbs and walkways.
• Maintain and repair exterior lighting and irrigation systems as needed.
• Mow, trim, water, and plant as scheduled; apply weed control where appropriate.
• Respond to after-hours and weekend emergencies as required.
• Follow safety procedures to limit property loss and injuries.
