Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain appearance and curb appeal of our multi-family communities. You will perform grounds upkeep, minor repairs, and support the service manager to ensure clean, safe, and inviting environments for residents.

Schedule: 40 hours/week with varied start times; typical hours include Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 10am-5pm, Sun 1pm-5pm. Prioritize safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Rudimentary knowledge of company software.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily and keep common areas clean and neat.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units for move-in.
• Complete service requests as assigned.
• Distribute notices to residents as needed.
• Inform supervisor of hazards or safety concerns.
• Provide customer service to residents and address concerns.
• Follow safety policies and attend safety meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
