Job summary

Blue Roc Premier is actively seeking a seasoned Porter to join our team. We prioritize staff growth with an outstanding training program to develop leadership skills. You will work with the Maintenance Team and other service teams to ensure smooth operation and safety standards across the community.

Your daily tasks include maintaining clean common areas, assisting with cleanouts and waste removal, and upholding safety and organization while coordinating with residents and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Effective communication within a team and with residents.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying items.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Utilize organizational skills to keep recreational and common areas clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with cleanouts and waste removal to keep the community tidy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following safety protocols at all times.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and initiative in daily tasks.
• Work with residents, associates, and supervisors to address concerns promptly.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to identify maintenance and cleanliness issues.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
• Perform other duties to support community needs.
