Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Porter to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks across indoor and outdoor areas, with duties spanning sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom care, and floors finishing. You will inspect work in assigned sites and report discrepancies to the Supervisor, while ensuring adherence to safety and security procedures.

This full-time role includes benefits, holiday and 401k with company match, and may require occasional travel for training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Custodial experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, and restroom cleaning.
• Inform Supervisor of needed supplies and maintain inventory.
• Maintain cleaning solutions per OSHA safety requirements.
• Complete daily work orders and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Uphold safety procedures and professional conduct on site.
