• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including walkways, stairwells, parking lots, and laundry rooms.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property on a daily basis.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and reporting larger issues.
• Clean and prepare vacant units as needed (trash-outs).
• Support maintenance team with basic duties and work orders.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials.
• Monitor property grounds for safety hazards and report concerns promptly.
