Blue Roc Premier Family of Companies is seeking a seasoned Porter to join our maintenance team. You will help keep the community clean, safe, and well-maintained while participating in our training program designed to develop leadership skills.

Daily duties include organizing common areas, assisting with cleanouts and waste removal, and ensuring clear communication with residents and supervisors. A positive, proactive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Effective communication and ability to work in a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying items.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your organizational skills to maintain recreational and common areas clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with cleanouts and waste removal as needed to keep the community tidy and attractive.
• Manage a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Demonstrate a go-getter attitude and proactive approach to your work.
• Work closely with residents, fellow associates, and supervisors to communicate effectively and address concerns promptly.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and other community features to identify maintenance and cleanliness issues.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned to support community needs.
