Job summary

BLUE WATER DESIGN BUILD LLC is seeking a Multi-Family Grounds and Interior Maintenance Technician to care for four residential buildings, both outdoors and indoors. This role covers landscaping, cleaning, minor repairs, and safety duties to ensure a clean, safe environment for residents.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and be willing to respond on-site within 20 minutes for emergencies. Part-time, with a pay rate of $22.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-family residential setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate maintenance and cleaning equipment safely.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and reliable transport for between properties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and irrigation systems.
• Perform exterior cleaning including painting, power washing, litter removal, and snow/ice support.
• Clean and maintain common areas inside buildings; vacuum, sweep, mop, wipe surfaces, windows.
• Assist with minor repairs (bulbs, plumbing, electrical) and report major issues.
• Ensure safety, lighting, and security in common areas and coordinate with management.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and supply needs; communicate with supervisor.
• Collaborate with other staff and property management to coordinate tasks.
