Job summary

The Scion Group LLC in Starkville, MS is seeking a Porter to support maintenance and landscaping of a residential community. You will perform lawn care, cleaning, light repairs, and ensure common areas like the pool, spa, and fitness rooms are well kept and safe for residents.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work with little supervision, including after-hours and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or Trade School diploma required or equivalent experience.
• Efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Punctual and dependable, able to work under deadlines and after-hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the physical condition of the property per SOPs and standards.
• Removes trash from common areas and maintains landscaping.
• Mows lawns, trims trees/shrubs, and maintains irrigation and lighting.
• Cleans pool/spa and maintains pool equipment per specs.
• Assists with snow removal and general maintenance as needed.
