Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Porter/Gatekeeper to provide essential upkeep of residential property's common areas in Louisville, KY. The role emphasizes safety, initiative, and attention to detail in a collegiate- environment setting.

Responsibilities include cleaning, landscaping, lighting and system maintenance, and assisting with seasonal tasks. On-site duties require physical stamina and a reliable, on-call availability with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or trade school diploma and one year of lawn/grounds maintenance experience.
• Efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials.
• Record of punctuality and dependability; able to work under deadlines; after-hours and weekend emergency flexibility.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand 8 hours or longer and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to SOPs and industry standards.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas; keep curbs, walkways, and parking areas clean.
• Mow lawns, trim beds, rake leaves, and manage landscaping as scheduled.
• Maintain and repair lighting, irrigation, pools, and related amenities as needed.
• Support snow removal and other routine maintenance tasks.
• Undertake training related to job duties as deemed necessary.
