Responsibilities

• Maintains the physical condition of the property according to SOPs and industry standards.
• Removes trash and debris from common areas on a continuous basis.
• Maintains exterior lighting and repairs as needed; mows lawns and cleans pool/spa areas.
• Assists with snow removal and seasonal plantings; promotes safety and compliance.
• Keeps uniform and presents a professional appearance at all times.
