Job summary

AirNow, a Southern Home Services Company, is seeking a Service Electrician/Generator Technician to install, maintain, and repair residential electrical and generator systems. You will diagnose issues, ensure safety compliance, and provide high‑quality service to customers.

The role requires Generac certification, a valid driver's license, and at least 2 years of related experience. Strong communication and physical capability for field work are essential.

Qualifications

• Generac certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience with generator systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Able to perform maintenance with overtime, weekends, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential systems.
• Install and service generator systems and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Ensure safety standards and codes are met.
• Interact with customers to diagnose problems and propose solutions.
• Inspect electrical systems for hazards and compliance.
• Support maintenance of manufacturing equipment as needed.
