Job summary

Comcast (CC) of Willow Grove is seeking an entry-level Residential Installation & Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot voice, video, and internet services for customers in Florida.

You will complete field assessments, perform service calls, and build technical skills through paid training and required certifications. The role is field-based with varied schedules and a need for strong problem-solving and customer service.

Qualifications

• Entry-level field role designed for hands-on problem-solvers.
• Willingness to work in customers' homes and in varying environments.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects following safety codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks (coaxial, Ethernet, Wi-Fi).
• Verify service quality with testing tools and adjust for reliable performance.
• Educate customers on products, services, and usage.
