Job summary

Astound is seeking a field-based residential outside sales representative in the Greater Maryland area. You will drive growth by meeting with residents, property managers, and referrals to sign up service plans, with base pay starting at $38,778.69 yearly and uncapped commissions.

Expect a dynamic, outdoor role focused on building relationships and closing deals. You will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, representing a leading internet provider.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face, door-to-door residential sales approach.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions.
• Pursue leads provided daily and sign-up service orders.
• Understand property details, discuss service needs and provide quotes.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Attend sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Stay informed about competitive offerings in the market.
• Maintain knowledge of contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Protect a designated territory with training and mentoring.
• Meet or exceed quotas and adapt during ramp-up period.
• Other duties as assigned.
