Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Portland community. You will diagnose and repair various building systems, perform routine and preventative maintenance, and ensure all grounds and interiors reflect Greystar high standards.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage work orders, and support budget goals while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade preferred.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with residents and team members.
• Proficiency with basic computer and database tasks, including maintenance systems.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair issues in units and common areas following safety standards.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and prepare them for leasing.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, and interiors.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools, assist with budget planning and cost controls.
