AMH in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Eviction Coordinator to oversee residential eviction processes across states, coordinating with property management teams and counsel.

Qualifications

• Minimum Two (2) years' experience in property management, legal support, real estate, or similar environments is preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proven problem-solving skills with an approach that supports thoughtful decision-making and escalation.
• Sound judgment in handling sensitive or confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Supports the coordination and processing of eviction matters in partnership with internal teams and external legal counsel
• Tracks case progress, organize documentation, and help prepare files for legal review
• Responds to inquiries and assists with investigations by gathering and summarizing relevant information
• Maintains accurate records, databases, and tracking systems to support business needs
• Partners with legal and property management teams to share updates and escalates items when appropriate
• Contributes to research, reporting, and administrative projects as needed
