Qualifications

• Prior experience with Yardi or another property management system.
• Knowledge of resident ledgers and move-out statements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly training sessions on Colorado eviction protocol.
• Review eviction packets for accuracy and legal compliance before submission to local counsel.
• Serve as liaison between onsite operations and local counsel on eviction matters.
• Monitor Colorado legislation and local ordinances and implement changes.
• Lead weekly eviction review meetings and bi-monthly VP reviews.
