Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, preference for an Associate's in legal studies or real estate, and 2+ years in property management, legal support, or related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate's degree in legal studies, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Two+ years experience in property management, legal support, real estate, or similar environments preferred.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills; able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process evictions in partnership with internal teams and external counsel.
• Track case progress, organize documentation, and prepare files for legal review.
• Respond to inquiries and assist investigations by gathering information.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and tracking systems to support business needs.
• Collaborate with legal and property management teams and escalate when needed.
• Support research, reporting, and administrative projects as required.
