Job summary

Evergreen Residential in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Evictions Specialist to manage notices to pay or quit, prepare eviction files, and coordinate with field teams on occupancy checks, while ensuring proactive, respectful communication with residents.

This in-office role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in property management, and strong customer service with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Competitive compensation and team collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of Property Management experience is required, preferably in residential single-family management.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills required, strives to consistently meet and exceed service standards.
• Must be able to deal with situations and issues proactively and persistently with basic accounting/math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage Notice to Pay or Quit Process in a thorough, consistent, and timely manner each month.
• Prepare eviction files on notices of non-compliance when needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of local and federal laws regarding notices, evictions, lockouts, etc.
• Communicate with residents daily/weekly during the eviction process, educating them on their options, fees, and the process expectations.
• Maintain weekly communication with leadership thru 3rd party software and weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with field team to schedule Occupancy Checks and follow up with legal on eviction progress.
