Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC is hiring a Resident Account Specialist in Las Vegas to serve as the main contact for resident accounts, handling email, text, and phone inquiries while coordinating with central support and market offices.

You will manage Salesforce cases, support rent collections, and assist with evictions, court appearances, and property visits as needed, ensuring accurate tenant ledger management.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required; college degree a plus.
• 3+ years’ property management experience in single- or multi-family rentals.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking and follow-up with residents.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed; MS Office competency.
• Real Estate license preferred; Nevada license andPermit required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for resident accounts via email, text, and phone.
• Manage Salesforce case tasks to ensure timely customer service.
• Assist with rent collections and drive eviction-related processes.
• Prepare for and appear in court on behalf of the company when required.
• Process payments and perform move-in/out tasks in Yardi.
• Review charges and validate proper allocation; handle notices and checks.
