Job summary

Dream Finders Homes, Inc. is seeking an Escrow Closer in Franklin, TN, to coordinate the escrow process for residential transactions, ensure regulatory and company policy compliance, and support our operations.

You will review title commitments, prepare documents including closing disclosures, resolve title issues, and liaise with realtors, lenders, builders and buyers to ensure timely closings. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of SoftPro are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years of escrow experience required.
• Knowledge of SoftPro a plus
• Notary Public
• High School diploma is required.
• A college degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the closing between all parties to the escrow.
• Read and understand title commitments.
• Resolve title issues (e.g., corrective deeds, vesting, federal tax liens, abstracts of judgement, bankruptcies, mineral rights, boundary disputes and encroachments).
• Understand real estate regulations and guidelines.
• Follow company standards and practices when processing transactions, as well as applicable state laws and guidelines.
• Return all calls, voicemails, and e-mails in a timely manner.
• Maintain cordial relationship with realtors, lenders, builders, buyers and sellers to promote/solicit business.
