First American is hiring a Title/Escrow Branch Manager in Franklin, TN. You will direct day-to-day branch operations, lead a team, and oversee escrow transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of escrow-related experience as an Escrow Officer.
• 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role.
• High School diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with both internal and external customers.
• Ability to lead and supervise; supervisory and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Specialized knowledge in one or more escrow product areas.
• Basic accounting/finance skills to interpret financial statements.
• Customer service orientation; prompt responses and feedback.
• Teamwork; contribute to building a positive team spirit and goals.

Responsibilities

• Directing and managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Acting as a working manager, handling escrow transactions.
• Ensures employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff. Prepares related reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations.
• Maintain client base and resolves escalated issues; answers questions and provides guidance regarding products, services, policies, or specific transactions
• Complete simple and complex real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements and acting as a neutral liaison between buyer, seller, and lender
• Drive transactions forward while maintaining clear, proactive communication with all parties
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards
• Identify and mitigate risk to protect clients and ensure smooth closings
• Complete closing by reviewing, recording, and filing documents including preparing and distributing final closing statements and title, ensuring adherence to delivery dates and timelines.
