Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of escrow experience required.
• Knowledge of SoftPro a plus
• Notary Public
• High School diploma is required.
• A college degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the escrow process between all parties to ensure timely closings.
• Prepare and submit closing disclosures accurately.
• Read and understand title commitments.
• Resolve title issues such as deeds, liens, and judgments.
• Adhere to company policies and state laws.
• Maintain cordial relationships with realtors, lenders, builders, buyers and sellers.
• Return calls, voicemails, and emails promptly.
• Coordinate closing between all parties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
