Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in mortgage disclosure or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of RESPA, TILA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review mortgage disclosure documents (LE, CD) for accuracy.
• Ensure timely delivery of disclosures to borrowers.
• Coordinate with loan officers, processors and underwriters.
• Maintain records of disclosures and ensure audit readiness.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in disclosure documents.
