Job summary

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the electrical trade and knows how to run a team. An established residential electrical company near Auburn, Georgia needs an experienced manager to run the daily operations and help grow the business.

You'll lead four technician crews across several service areas — hiring, coaching, scheduling, and holding your teams accountable day in and day out. You'll also stay close enough to the sales conversations to support quoting and occasional ride-alongs, even though the truck techs handle the actual quotes.
