Job summary

Hi Power Electric is seeking a Community Manager to oversee residential service operations, coordinate schedules, and lead a skilled field team. You will ensure quality, safety, and adherence to NEC codes while maintaining strong customer relationships and project timelines.

The role requires a valid Residential Wireman License, 4+ years of residential electrical experience, and 3+ years in personnel management post-license.

Qualifications

• Valid Residential Wireman License is required.
• 4+ years residential electrical experience.
• 3+ years post RW license managing personnel.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with smart home installations is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, quality control, and performance reviews for 5–8 roughs weekly.
• Lead field crews and ensure NEC compliance across projects.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams; interpret specs.
• Coordinate service calls, timelines, and client communications.
• Maintain safe, organized job sites and on-call warranty support.
• Identify upsell opportunities and new residential partnerships.
