MVP Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical, LLC is seeking an Electrical Manager to lead residential electrical operations with a focus on safety, quality, and customer service.

You will guide electricians, manage projects, ensure NEC compliance, and support budgeting, training, and growth initiatives. A strong leadership track record and extensive NEC knowledge are required for this role.

Competenze

• Extensive knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safety regulations.
• Minimum 7–10 years electrical experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent project management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to estimate, budget, and manage project profitability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee residential electrical operations, ensuring safe, efficient project execution.
• Provide technical leadership to electricians, apprentices, and field personnel.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local regulations, and safety policies.
• Perform inspections, diagnose complex electrical issues, and provide solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule service, repair, installation, and maintenance projects.
• Review and approve estimates, proposals, and project scopes.
• Manage installation and service of panels, breakers, lighting, generators, EV chargers, and outlets.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure regulatory standards.
• Support recruiting, training, performance management, and development of staff.
• Monitor inventory, tools, equipment, and material usage for efficiency.
• Maintain project documents, permits, and compliance reports; communicate status to clients and team.
• Participate in ongoing training and assist with budgeting and strategic growth initiatives.
