Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Proven success leading and growing electrical teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, troubleshooting, and NEC.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team of electricians and apprentices.
• Ensure safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee service, repair, replacement, and installation projects.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and licensing requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, labor productivity, revenue, and profitability.
