The candidate will drive continuous improvement, KPI tracking, and excellent customer service. The position emphasizes leadership, strategic growth, and coordination with sales and dispatch to deliver top-tier home service experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience with leadership duties.
• Proven ability to grow and develop electrical teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential systems and NEC.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred or required by state/local regulations.
• Experience with budgets, profitability, KPIs, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team of electricians and apprentices.
• Oversee day-to-day electrical operations, including service, repair, and installation projects.
• Ensure code compliance with NEC and safety standards.
• Monitor KPIs, labor, revenue, and departmental profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and customer service for smooth operations.
• Support estimating, job scoping, and proposal development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and profitability.
