Elite Executive Solutions, a leading electrical contractor partnering in Reno, NV, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role emphasizes strong leadership and delivery of results.

You will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasts, and team mentoring, while aligning with safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large commercial and/or multifamily electrical construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial and multifamily electrical projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and staff.
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, material deliveries, and documentation.
• Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules.
• Develop relationships with developers, general contractors, owners, and design teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare monthly reports, job cost projections, billings, and forecasts.
• Promote safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements.
