Qualifications

• 5+ years in service, sales, or equivalent management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Customer-first mindset with high customer service standards.
• Experience with work order management and reporting systems.
• Experience in strategic planning and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead technicians, following established systems and playbooks.
• Direct oversight of electricians' performance and revenue generation.
• Lead training using our proven system to raise performance.
• Monitor field performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Ensure the team consistently meets revenue goals.
• Host weekly meetings to review pipeline, performance, and safety.
• Develop rapport with customers to drive product/service sales.
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch to optimize operations.
• Manage team schedules to meet demand and seasonal spikes.
• Manage service work within budget constraints.
• Produce reports on department performance and efficiency.
• Recruit and onboard new electricians.
• Coordinate truck stock management and vehicle policy compliance.
