Job summary

M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical in Colorado's Front Range is hiring an Electrical Manager to lead our residential electrical operations. This role requires a Colorado Master Electrician license and strong field leadership to mentor technicians and ensure code‑compliant work.

You will oversee installations, troubleshoot complex circuits, read blueprints, and coordinate with dispatch and project teams to deliver safe, high‑quality results for homeowners.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Master Electrician License – Required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed electrician; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong residential electrical experience; HVAC electrical experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of NEC, Colorado codes, permitting and inspection requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams; troubleshoot complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residential electrical operations, ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead installations, repairs, and upgrades including panels and EV chargers.
• Provide guidance and field support to electricians and apprentices.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve skills and productivity.
• Ensure code compliance, permits, and inspections are managed.
