M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager in Colorado to lead our residential electrical operations. The right candidate will supervise field teams, ensure code compliance, and drive department growth.

The role requires active Colorado Master Electrician license and strong leadership, with responsibility for mentoring technicians, coordinating projects, and maintaining high safety standards on diverse residential sites.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Master Electrician License required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed electrician; management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong residential electrical experience; HVAC electrical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily electrical operations in residential settings, ensuring safety and quality.
• Perform and support residential electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades including panels, EV chargers, and rewiring.
• Provide technical guidance to electricians and apprentices in the field.
