Job summary

M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical in Colorado is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager with a Colorado Master Electrician license to lead our residential electrical operations and mentor a high-performing field team.

You will oversee daily installations, ensure code compliance, support technicians, read blueprints, troubleshoot complex circuits, and help drive growth across the electrical department while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed electrician with 5+ years of experience in residential electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, permitting, and inspections.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing electricians and apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily electrical operations, ensuring work is safe and meets quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance to electricians, apprentices, and installation teams.
• Mentor and develop apprentices and journeymen to improve skills and productivity.
• Review work for code compliance and proper permitting.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and equipment.
• Coordinate materials and scheduling with other teams.
• Support HVAC electrical installations and related systems.
