Job summary

M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical in Colorado is seeking an Electrical Manager with an active Colorado Master Electrician license to lead our residential electrical operations and drive a high-performing team.

You will oversee field crews, ensure code compliance, mentor apprentices and journeymen, coordinate with dispatch and other departments, and promote safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across diverse residential projects.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Master Electrician license required.
• Minimum 5 years as a licensed electrician; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong residential electrical experience and knowledge of NEC and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily electrical operations, ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead residential installations, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Mentor apprentices and journeyman electricians in the field.
• Ensure code compliance and coordinate with other teams.
