Job summary

Watson Electrical Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead a work crew on commercial, industrial, and residential projects in Chesapeake, VA. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and supervising installations, ensuring compliance with NEC and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial electrical experience under a licensed electrical contractor.
• Journeyman License preferred but not required.
• Current state driver’s license if required by job conditions; licenses as required by job conditions or by the company.

Responsibilities

• Plan new or modified installations to minimize waste and ensure code compliance.
• Prepare sketches or read diagrams/blueprints to install as required.
• Monitor and direct a crew, ensuring materials/tools/equipment are staged on site.
• Complete required paperwork (time sheets, safety reports, etc.).
• Supervise assigned job site employees to complete projects.
