DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Residential General Manager in Denver, CO to lead a growing residential door and service business. You will drive revenues across service, aftermarket, and new construction, while mentoring staff and managing budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, multi-site operations experience, and a commitment to customer service excellence. Travel and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Seven years’ experience managing personnel, P&L, budgets and projects in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate operational data and financial results.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, active environment with deadlines and customer service focus.
• Travel to customer sites and management meetings.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget with full P&L responsibility and financial objectives.
• Recommend and implement operational/sales process improvements.
• Lead and mentor staff; provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Assist with employee scheduling and technical problem solving.
• Conduct regular audits and enforce best practices and safety standards.
• Promote safe work culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Use financial reports to manage daily operations and metrics.
• Hire, train and develop staff and lead meetings with accountability.
• Maintain professional communication and resolve personnel and customer issues.
