Franklin Energy / AM Conservation seeks an on-site technician to install, inspect, modify, and service direct load control devices for residential customers in Salisbury, NC. You will apply HVAC and electrical knowledge to ensure safe, compliant operation and a professional customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize workload.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience with basic wiring, HVAC, and troubleshooting is preferred.

• Install, inspect, modify, remove and/or service DLC devices.
• Exhibit HVAC technical aptitude and basic understanding.
• Work with electrical/electronic and mechanical principles.
• Understand air conditioning system components.
• Meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Support inventory counts and vehicle safety checks.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours service calls.
