Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 months of related experience.
• Experience in waste, transportation, or logistics preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in a call center preferred.
• Good telephone and 2-way radio skills; courteous and professional.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office and typing skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work in a team.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers to calls balancing cost and speed of response.
• Assign routes and service tickets; close tickets daily.
• Plan and monitor daily route assignments for all driver types.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and communicate with drivers and customers.
• Answer calls and provide route information; coordinate with Sales.
• Maintain data in Tower and Trackese; record driver information.
• Print and correct productivity reports for supervisors.
• Distribute and maintain driver devices; ensure software updates.
• Handle PPE inventory and Saturday work preparations.
