Job summary

Justice Resource Institute Inc. is seeking a Residential Director to lead a dynamic team and deliver trauma-informed care for youth in a group home setting. You will oversee the Residential Department, ensure adherence to systems, provide on-call coverage, and manage scheduling and staffing ratios to maintain safe, supportive care.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and hands-on intervention in a therapeutic environment with a comprehensive clinical, nursing, and direct care team.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program.
• On-call responsibilities may require overtime.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Residential Department with Senior Residential Department members and direct client care.
• Ensure residential systems are followed daily and provide on-call coverage.
• Oversee scheduling to maintain staffing ratios and take disciplinary actions as needed.
• Lead residential meetings and trainings and run shifts when needed.

Rediscovery is a group home setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Rediscovery provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $77,000per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

JRI Provides The Training So That:

• YOU will be able to oversight of the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members and provide care and treatment of our clients.
• YOU will be able to ensure all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on call coverage.
• YOU will be able to provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; staffing ratios are being met at all times and provide accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed for all Residential Staff.
• YOU will be able to lead residential meetings andtrainings, andrunsresidential shifts when needed.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health programrequired.
• Oncallresponsibilities, at times you willbe requiredto work overtime.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required.

• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
